The chuck eye steak is cut from the upper shoulder where you get many of your flavorful roasts. It has the marbling and flavor of a ribeye and is often called the "poor man's ribeye" because it is less expensive.
Weight is approximately 10oz each. Our steaks come individually cryovac-packaged FRESH. NEVER FROZEN.
