Our filet is being called the most glorious tenderloin our customers have ever tasted. The filet is cut from the beef tenderloin part of the short loin. It is the most tender cut of beef, but our filet rivals anything you've had before. 

Price is per individual steak. Weight is approximately 8oz. Steaks are individually cryovac-packaged FRESH. NEVER FROZEN.
