The bone-in NY strip comes from the top of the short loin behind the ribs. Strip steaks have fat around the edges and a little marbling throughout.
Price is per individual steak. Weight is approximately 16oz for each bone-in steak. Steaks are individually cryovac-packaged fresh. NEVER FROZEN.
